Terms and Services of Sales

All sales are final.

There is a $0.01 transaction charge on all purchases, which will be in addition to the sales tax rate in your current region.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or returns are accepted under any circumstance.

The Lounge does not take responsibility for any mistaken, accidental, or incorrect purchases made.

The Lounge has promised to redeem any purchase made within 1-2 business days of purchase.

The Lounge has the right to not give any roles or packages if member is banned or kicked / has left for 24-48hrs

You may not give away or sell your package for eco or IRL money.

In the event any purchase is made without a sales member present, the sale will be voided and your purchase may not be refunded.

Purchases are only accepted in the currency of the United States Dollar (USD).

By making the purchase, you acknowledge you are fully responsible and under your control to make that purchase, and agree to the terms.

All terms are subject to change.

Payments must be made in full before the items of purchase are given to the member.

Custom packages are permitted only by certain staff members, contact the sales team to find out who they are.

HOW TO CLAIM PURCHASES
For most purchasable items we have ensured they will be given to you automatically without delay upon purchasing a package. This will be shown within the package including but not limited to "discord roles" "membership status" and " early access to upcoming events or server".
In any instance where a Package includes a redeemable "Voucher", you may contact any member of our sales staff team to claim upon purchasing. In the event that you are unsure who to contact or do not have the ability to do so, a sales staff team member will contact you within 24 hours for you to redeem it with the corresponding item of your choice.

Head to our Economy Discord Server (which will be found in our external server and should have an invite) or contact us HERE if you're not a full member of TLN.

Once there head to the ticket center and open a Ticket from there and you’ll be assisted by one of our staff members.
