Effective Date: August 26, 2026

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

Version: 1.0

1. General Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement", or "Terms of Service") govern all purchases, transactions, digital products, services, packages, partnerships, advertisements, promotional placements, custom arrangements, and other paid services provided by The Lounge Network ("TLN", "The Lounge", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing, attempting to purchase, requesting, accepting, redeeming, or otherwise receiving any product or service from The Lounge Network, you ("Customer", "Buyer", "Partner", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to purchases made through:

  • The Lounge Network Tebex Store
  • Authorized PayPal transactions
  • Other payment methods specifically authorized by The Lounge Network
  • Authorized custom invoices or payment requests
  • Partnership packages
  • Promotional services
  • Digital products
  • Discord-related products or services
  • Community-related services
  • Custom packages or arrangements

These Terms apply regardless of whether the transaction was completed automatically through the storefront or manually through an authorized member of TLN's staff.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a transaction, you confirm that:

  1. You have reviewed the applicable product or service description.
  2. You understand what you are purchasing.
  3. You agree to these Terms.
  4. You have authority to make the purchase.
  5. You are responsible for ensuring the purchase is appropriate for yourself, your organization, server, company, or community.
  6. You understand that digital products and services may be subject to limitations, availability, Discord limitations, platform limitations, or other technical restrictions.
  7. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, Discord Terms of Service, Tebex policies, PayPal policies, and TLN policies applicable to the transaction.
  8. You understand that certain products or services may have additional terms listed on their individual product page.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not complete a purchase.

3. Sales and Purchases

3.1 All Sales

All purchases are considered final once payment has been successfully processed, subject to any refund rights required by applicable law or the payment platform governing the transaction.

Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing by an authorized TLN representative, purchases are not eligible for:

  • Refunds
  • Credits
  • Exchanges
  • Returns
  • Transfers
  • Substitutions
  • Downgrades
  • Upgrades after purchase
  • Cash equivalents

TLN reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion where appropriate.

An exception granted in one situation does not establish a precedent or create an entitlement for another customer.

3.2 Transaction Fee

A $0.01 transaction charge may be applied to applicable purchases in addition to any applicable sales tax, processing fees, or other legally required charges.

The amount displayed at checkout may vary depending on the payment provider, customer's location, applicable taxation, and payment method.

3.3 Currency

Unless otherwise authorized by TLN, purchases are accepted in United States Dollars (USD).

Any currency conversion performed by a payment processor, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution is outside TLN's control.

3.4 Payment in Full

Payment must be completed in full before a product, package, role, service, promotional placement, voucher, or other purchased benefit is provided.

TLN is not required to begin fulfillment where:

  • Payment is incomplete
  • Payment is pending
  • Payment is reversed
  • Payment is disputed
  • Payment is suspected to be fraudulent
  • Payment was sent to an unauthorized account
  • The payment cannot be verified

4. Tebex Purchases

Purchases made through the TLN Tebex storefront are subject to:

  1. These Terms
  2. The individual product description
  3. Tebex's applicable terms
  4. Tebex's Acceptable Use Policy
  5. Any applicable platform or service rules

Where Tebex's policies or applicable law require a different treatment, those requirements will control to the extent required.

Customers should retain their purchase confirmation and transaction information.

5. PayPal and Direct Payments

5.1 Authorized PayPal Payments

TLN may accept payments through PayPal for transactions specifically authorized by TLN.

A customer must not send money to a personal PayPal account, staff member, representative, or other individual unless that payment destination has been explicitly authorized by TLN.

Payments made to unauthorized individuals may not constitute a valid TLN purchase.

5.2 PayPal Transactions

When paying through PayPal:

  • The customer must provide accurate transaction information.
  • The customer must use their own authorized payment method.
  • The customer must retain the transaction receipt.
  • The customer must not intentionally misrepresent the transaction.
  • The customer must not falsely claim that an authorized purchase was unauthorized.
  • The customer must not intentionally initiate a fraudulent dispute or chargeback.

TLN does not prohibit customers from exercising legitimate rights provided by PayPal or applicable law. However, fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in account restrictions and review.

5.3 Payment Method Requirements

Customers must follow the payment instructions provided by an authorized TLN representative.

TLN will not instruct customers to misrepresent the nature of a transaction, evade payment-provider requirements, or otherwise circumvent PayPal, Tebex, or another payment provider's policies.

6. Fraud, Payment Reversals and Chargebacks

TLN reserves the right to investigate transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise suspicious.

Examples include:

  • Stolen payment methods
  • Unauthorized account access
  • Fraudulent PayPal claims
  • False chargebacks
  • Repeated payment disputes
  • Payment reversals after successful fulfillment
  • Manipulation of transaction information
  • Attempts to receive goods or services without legitimate payment

Where a transaction is reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise withdrawn after fulfillment, TLN may suspend the associated product or service while the matter is reviewed.

Where appropriate and permitted, TLN may provide transaction records, fulfillment records, correspondence, and other relevant evidence to the applicable payment processor.

7. Mistaken, Accidental or Incorrect Purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing their purchase before completing payment.

TLN is not responsible for:

  • Selecting the wrong package
  • Purchasing the wrong quantity
  • Entering the wrong Discord account
  • Providing the wrong server
  • Providing an incorrect invite link
  • Purchasing the wrong partnership duration
  • Purchasing a product intended for another account
  • Accidental purchases
  • Duplicate purchases caused by customer error

Such purchases remain subject to the applicable refund policy.

8. Fulfillment

TLN aims to fulfill purchases within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed upon in writing.

Some products may be fulfilled automatically.

Other products may require manual fulfillment.

Fulfillment may include:

  • Discord roles
  • Server access
  • Membership status
  • Digital goods
  • Vouchers
  • Promotional placements
  • Partnership services
  • Custom services
  • Early access
  • Other clearly defined benefits

Fulfillment times are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery period is expressly stated.

9. Claiming Purchases

Where a purchase includes a voucher or manually redeemable benefit, the customer must contact an authorized TLN sales representative.

Customers may be required to open a support ticket.

Where a customer cannot access the relevant ticket system, they should contact TLN through an authorized support channel.

Customers are responsible for providing sufficient information to verify the purchase.

TLN may require:

  • Order ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Discord ID
  • Purchase receipt
  • Product name
  • Date of purchase
  • Other reasonable verification information

10. Account, Server and Community Status

TLN may refuse to issue, maintain, or redeem certain products where the recipient:

  • Is banned from TLN
  • Has been removed from TLN
  • Is subject to a network-wide restriction
  • Has left the applicable community for an extended period
  • Is associated with prohibited activity
  • Has violated applicable TLN policies
  • Is attempting to redeem a product through an unauthorized account

TLN may review the circumstances surrounding the purchase before fulfillment.

A purchase does not override a ban, restriction, suspension, blacklist, or other administrative action.

11. Product Transfers and Reselling

Unless specifically authorized in writing, customers may not:

  • Resell purchased packages
  • Transfer purchased packages
  • Trade packages for TLN economy currency
  • Trade packages for real-world money
  • Give purchased packages to another individual
  • Auction purchased packages
  • Bundle purchased TLN services into another paid service
  • Represent TLN products as their own

TLN may revoke a transferred product where the transfer was unauthorized.

12. Custom Packages

Custom packages may be offered only by specifically authorized TLN staff.

A custom package is valid only where:

  1. The package is approved by an authorized representative.
  2. The exact deliverables are defined.
  3. The price is agreed upon.
  4. Payment is completed.
  5. The arrangement is documented.

Informal statements from unauthorized staff, community members, or third parties do not modify these Terms.

A custom agreement should not be considered valid solely because it was discussed in a Discord message.

13. Digital Products and Services

All digital products and services are provided according to their individual descriptions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Digital products do not have physical counterparts.
  • Products do not have inherent cash value.
  • Products cannot be redeemed for real-world currency.
  • Products may be revoked where permitted by these Terms.
  • Products may depend on third-party platforms.
  • TLN does not guarantee permanent availability of third-party platforms.

TLN may discontinue a product where continued operation becomes impractical, prohibited, technically impossible, or inconsistent with applicable policies.

14. Third-Party Services

Some products may rely upon:

  • Discord
  • Tebex
  • PayPal
  • Rockstar Games
  • FiveM
  • Game platforms
  • Hosting providers
  • APIs
  • Other third-party services

TLN does not control third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, API changes, service interruptions, or other third-party events.

Where a purchased service depends upon a third-party platform, TLN will make reasonable efforts to provide the purchased service within the limitations of that platform.

15. Prohibited Use of Purchased Services

Customers may not use TLN-provided products or services to:

  • Facilitate illegal activity
  • Facilitate fraud
  • Facilitate harassment
  • Facilitate exploitation
  • Distribute malware
  • Conduct scams
  • Circumvent platform bans
  • Facilitate unauthorized access
  • Distribute stolen information
  • Promote prohibited content
  • Violate intellectual-property rights
  • Circumvent payment-provider policies
  • Facilitate gambling or cash-prize schemes where prohibited
  • Conduct activities prohibited by Tebex or another applicable platform

16. Intellectual Property

All TLN branding, logos, graphics, written materials, systems, advertisements, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of TLN intellectual property unless explicitly stated.

Customers may not:

  • Claim TLN branding as their own
  • Copy proprietary materials for resale
  • Reproduce private documentation
  • Redistribute restricted materials
  • Modify materials to falsely imply TLN endorsement
  • Use TLN branding to misrepresent affiliation

17. Service Availability

TLN does not guarantee that every service will remain available indefinitely.

Services may be modified, suspended, discontinued, or replaced due to:

  • Platform changes
  • Policy changes
  • Technical limitations
  • Security concerns
  • Staffing changes
  • Business decisions
  • Network restructuring
  • Legal requirements
  • Third-party service changes
  • Force majeure

Where appropriate, TLN may provide notice before material changes.

18. Partnership Program

18.1 Partnership Definition

A partnership is a paid promotional arrangement between TLN and an external server, company, community, organization, creator, or other entity.

Partnership packages may include:

  • @HERE mentions
  • @EVERYONE mentions
  • Promotional posts
  • Scheduled advertisements
  • Partner channel placements
  • Other explicitly listed promotional benefits

The exact deliverables are determined by the package purchased.

19. Partnership Package Duration

Partnership packages are based on the duration and deliverables advertised at the time of purchase.

For example:

Platinum+ Partnership

Duration: 10 days

Deliverables: 10 @EVERYONE promotional placements spaced approximately 24 hours apart.

The partnership does not continue indefinitely until a desired number of members, joins, views, clicks, or other performance metric is reached.

Once the listed duration and deliverables have been fulfilled, the package is considered completed.

20. Partnership Reach Estimates

All reach figures advertised by TLN are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Estimated reach may be based on:

  • Historical performance
  • Prior partnership campaigns
  • Network size
  • Audience activity
  • Comparable campaigns
  • Historical averages
  • Internal benchmarks

Estimated reach is not a guaranteed minimum.

A campaign reaching below an estimated figure does not automatically:

  • Extend the partnership
  • Add additional promotional placements
  • Create a refund entitlement
  • Convert the package into a performance-based contract

TLN may independently review significant underperformance at its discretion.

21. Partnership Ping Scheduling

Partnership mentions may be spaced apart to maintain network engagement and prevent excessive advertising.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • @HERE mentions may be spaced approximately 24 hours apart.
  • @EVERYONE mentions may be spaced approximately 24 hours apart.
  • Multiple partner campaigns may cause scheduling adjustments.
  • Campaigns may be moved to later dates where network demand requires it.
  • Scheduling may be affected by existing partnerships.

TLN reserves the right to reasonably adjust scheduling while attempting to fulfill the purchased promotional deliverables.

22. Partner Channel Slots

Partner channel slots may be limited.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • A partner may hold a maximum of one partner channel slot.
  • A server may receive only one slot.
  • Eligibility may require purchase of a qualifying partnership package.
  • Slots are subject to availability.
  • Slot pricing may vary based on demand.
  • TLN may limit the number of active slots.

A slot is not guaranteed solely because a partner has purchased another package.

23. Partnership Performance

TLN does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of joins
  • Member retention
  • Click-through rates
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue
  • Activity
  • Views
  • Engagement
  • Long-term membership growth

A partner is responsible for ensuring that their advertisement, server, community, offer, and onboarding process are capable of converting interested users.

Factors outside TLN's control may significantly affect campaign performance.

24. Partnership Content Requirements

Partners must provide accurate promotional material.

TLN may reject, modify, delay, or request replacement content that:

  • Is misleading
  • Contains false claims
  • Misrepresents a service
  • Violates Discord policies
  • Violates applicable law
  • Contains sexual or explicit content
  • Promotes illegal activity
  • Promotes scams
  • Uses stolen intellectual property
  • Impersonates another organization
  • Contains malicious links
  • Attempts to manipulate users
  • Contains excessive shock or disturbing material

The partner is responsible for ensuring that submitted promotional content is lawful and accurate.

25. Prohibited Partnerships

TLN may refuse, suspend, or terminate partnerships involving entities that participate in or promote:

  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud
  • Scams
  • Financial exploitation
  • Sexual or explicit services
  • Pornographic services
  • NSFW communities where prohibited by TLN
  • Sexual content involving minors
  • Grooming or exploitative activity
  • Cryptocurrency or Bitcoin-related financial schemes where prohibited by TLN
  • Investment schemes
  • Unlicensed financial services
  • Gambling
  • Betting
  • Cash-prize schemes
  • Money laundering
  • Stolen goods
  • Malware
  • Hacking services
  • Account theft
  • Doxxing
  • Harassment campaigns
  • Extremist or terrorist activity
  • Blacklisted organizations
  • Communities that materially conflict with TLN's network policies

This list is not exhaustive.

TLN may determine that an activity is incompatible with the Partnership Program even if that activity is not specifically listed above.

26. Cryptocurrency and Financial Services

TLN partnerships may not promote cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, token sales, investment opportunities, financial schemes, or similar services without prior written authorization from TLN administration.

This includes:

  • Cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Token launches
  • Investment groups
  • Crypto casinos
  • Mining schemes
  • Guaranteed-return programs
  • Paid investment communities
  • Financial referral schemes
  • Wallet or payment services
  • NFT or token sales where prohibited
  • Other financially regulated or high-risk services

TLN may refuse such partnerships regardless of whether the service is otherwise lawful.

27. NSFW and Sexual Content

TLN does not permit partnerships that promote or directly facilitate pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited NSFW services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pornographic communities
  • Explicit Discord servers
  • Sexual services
  • Adult-content marketplaces
  • Explicit subscription services
  • Sexual solicitation
  • Explicit media distribution

A partner attempting to conceal prohibited content during the application process may be subject to immediate administrative action.

28. Blacklisted Communities

TLN may maintain a network blacklist.

Entities may be blacklisted for reasons including:

  • Severe policy violations
  • Fraud
  • Exploitation
  • Repeated misconduct
  • Hostile conduct toward TLN
  • Ban evasion
  • Serious community safety concerns
  • Association with prohibited operations
  • Other substantial administrative concerns

A partnership does not override a blacklist.

If a partner, owner, representative, executive, or other materially involved individual becomes associated with a blacklisted organization, TLN may place the partnership on hold pending review.

29. Partner Association

Partnership eligibility may consider an individual's or organization's material association with other communities.

This may include:

  • Ownership
  • Executive positions
  • Director-level positions
  • Management positions
  • Official representation
  • Administrative authority
  • Public representation
  • Financial control
  • Operational control

TLN may distinguish between ordinary membership and meaningful administrative involvement.

Not every association automatically results in termination; circumstances may be reviewed individually.

30. Misrepresentation

Partners must provide accurate information during partnership discussions.

A partner must not falsely claim:

  • Ownership
  • Management authority
  • Organizational status
  • Server status
  • Community size
  • Legal status
  • Platform affiliation
  • Partnership status
  • TLN endorsement

Material misrepresentation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

31. Disclosure of Material Changes

Partners must notify TLN where a material change affects partnership eligibility.

Examples include:

  • Change of ownership
  • Merger
  • Acquisition
  • Rebranding
  • Major leadership change
  • Association with a blacklisted community
  • Change in server purpose
  • Introduction of prohibited content
  • Introduction of financial or crypto services
  • Introduction of NSFW content
  • Major change to advertised services

Failure to disclose a material change may be considered a policy violation.

32. Partnership Suspension

TLN may place a partnership on hold where:

  • A policy concern is identified
  • A partner is under administrative review
  • A partner becomes associated with a blacklisted entity
  • Promotional content requires review
  • A payment is disputed
  • The partner's eligibility is unclear
  • A material organizational change occurs
  • The advertised service substantially changes

During a hold, TLN may temporarily suspend:

  • Promotional placements
  • Partner roles
  • Partner channels
  • Scheduled advertisements
  • Additional services

A hold does not automatically constitute termination.

33. Partnership Termination

TLN may terminate a partnership where:

  1. The partner violates these Terms.
  2. The partner violates TLN policies.
  3. The partner provides materially false information.
  4. The partner engages in prohibited activity.
  5. The partner becomes materially associated with a blacklisted entity.
  6. The partner attempts to circumvent TLN restrictions.
  7. The partner uses TLN services to promote prohibited activity.
  8. The partner engages in fraudulent payment activity.
  9. Continued partnership would create significant reputational, legal, operational, or safety concerns.
  10. Continued partnership becomes impractical or impossible.

Termination may occur immediately where circumstances warrant immediate action.

34. Partnership Refunds

Partnership purchases are subject to the general sales refund policy.

The purchase of a partnership does not constitute a guarantee of:

  • Membership growth
  • Revenue
  • Engagement
  • Conversion
  • Specific performance metrics

Where a partnership is suspended or terminated due to the partner's violation of these Terms or applicable TLN policies, TLN is not required to provide additional promotional services.

Any refund consideration will be determined according to applicable law, payment-platform requirements, the purchase terms, and the circumstances of the case.

35. Partnership Representation

A partner may not represent themselves as:

  • An employee of TLN
  • A TLN executive
  • A TLN representative
  • An official TLN affiliate beyond the scope expressly granted
  • Authorized to speak on behalf of TLN

A partnership does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, joint venture, or ownership relationship between TLN and the partner unless expressly agreed in writing.

36. Staff Discretion

TLN staff may enforce these Terms according to their assigned authority.

Individual staff members cannot permanently modify these Terms unless authorized to do so.

Verbal promises, informal messages, jokes, assumptions, or statements from unauthorized staff do not supersede written policy.

Custom arrangements must be approved by authorized personnel.

37. Administrative Review

TLN may conduct an internal review when a transaction, partnership, customer, partner, server, or organization raises a policy concern.

Reviews may consider information available to TLN from:

  • Public information
  • Partner-submitted information
  • Internal records
  • Transaction records
  • Promotional records
  • Staff reports
  • Platform information
  • Relevant third-party information

TLN is not required to disclose confidential internal records, staff communications, internal investigative methods, private reports, security information, or internal tracking data.

38. Confidentiality of Internal Information

Customers and partners are not automatically entitled to internal:

  • Staff discussions
  • Moderation records
  • Security information
  • Internal metrics
  • Internal tracking data
  • Partner analytics
  • Internal reports
  • Administrative notes
  • Investigation materials

TLN may provide a conclusion or relevant determination without releasing the underlying confidential information.

39. Policy Enforcement

Depending on severity, violations may result in:

  • Warning
  • Purchase restriction
  • Partnership hold
  • Partnership termination
  • Product revocation
  • Removal of partner benefits
  • Server restriction
  • Account restriction
  • Blacklisting
  • Permanent exclusion from future purchases
  • Referral to an appropriate platform or authority where legally necessary

TLN may consider the severity, intent, history, and circumstances of the violation.

40. No Guarantee of Future Eligibility

Past purchases, partnerships, approvals, or successful transactions do not guarantee future eligibility.

TLN may change its requirements over time.

A customer who previously qualified for a product or partnership may not necessarily qualify in the future.

41. Changes to Products

TLN may modify product descriptions, pricing, availability, features, or eligibility requirements.

Changes generally apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated.

A completed purchase remains subject to the terms applicable to that purchase, together with any applicable fulfillment limitations.

42. Changes to These Terms

TLN reserves the right to update these Terms.

Changes may be made due to:

  • Policy changes
  • Legal requirements
  • Payment-provider requirements
  • Platform changes
  • Business changes
  • Security requirements
  • Operational requirements
  • Changes to products or services

The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect when the purchase is made, subject to applicable law and any required notice regarding material changes.

43. Third-Party Policies

Customers and partners remain responsible for complying with applicable third-party rules.

This may include:

  • Discord Terms of Service
  • Discord Community Guidelines
  • Tebex policies
  • PayPal policies
  • Rockstar Games policies
  • FiveM policies
  • Applicable game or platform rules
  • Applicable laws and regulations

TLN cannot authorize a customer or partner to violate a third-party platform's rules.

44. Age Requirements

Certain services may have age requirements imposed by TLN, the applicable platform, payment provider, or applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the applicable requirements before purchasing.

TLN may refuse a transaction where age eligibility cannot reasonably be established where verification is required.

45. Privacy and Personal Information

Customers should not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information to TLN staff.

TLN may collect information reasonably necessary to:

  • Process purchases
  • Verify transactions
  • Fulfill products
  • Prevent fraud
  • Provide support
  • Maintain business records
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce policies

Information will be handled according to applicable privacy requirements and TLN's applicable privacy policy.

46. Force Majeure

TLN will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Examples include:

  • Discord outages
  • Tebex outages
  • PayPal outages
  • Hosting failures
  • Internet outages
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Platform shutdowns
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Major technical failures
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Other extraordinary circumstances

Where reasonably possible, TLN will attempt to restore affected services.

47. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLN will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of a purchased product or service.

This may include:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue
  • Lost members
  • Lost engagement
  • Lost opportunities
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party platform losses
  • Reputation-related losses

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

48. No Guarantee of Business Results

Purchasing advertising, promotional services, partnerships, or other exposure from TLN does not guarantee:

  • Revenue
  • Profit
  • Members
  • Customers
  • Server joins
  • Views
  • Clicks
  • Engagement
  • Retention
  • Sales
  • Business growth

Advertising performance varies based on numerous factors outside TLN's control.

49. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable product description and any authorized written custom agreement, constitute the agreement governing the applicable purchase.

Where a valid written custom agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specifically agreed custom provision will control only to the extent expressly stated.

50. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.

51. No Waiver

Failure by TLN to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

TLN may enforce the provision in the future.

An exception, accommodation, or discretionary decision in one case does not create a right or precedent for another customer.

52. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing within these Terms is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through normal support channels, the parties may pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

53. Contact and Support

For questions regarding purchases, customers should use the designated TLN support or sales channels.

Customers should provide:

  • Discord ID
  • Order ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Product purchased
  • Relevant screenshots or receipts
  • A clear explanation of the issue

Providing accurate information helps TLN resolve issues efficiently.

54. Purchase Claim Procedure

For products requiring manual redemption:

  1. Complete the purchase.
  2. Retain the purchase confirmation.
  3. Open the appropriate TLN support ticket.
  4. Provide the required transaction information.
  5. Wait for an authorized staff member to verify the purchase.
  6. Follow the instructions provided by staff.

Customers should not repeatedly open tickets for the same transaction unless instructed to do so.

55. Original Sales Terms Retained

The following original TLN sales principles remain incorporated into these Terms:

  • All sales are final, subject to applicable legal rights.
  • A $0.01 transaction charge may apply in addition to applicable taxes.
  • TLN does not accept ordinary refunds, credits, exchanges, or returns.
  • TLN is not responsible for mistaken, accidental, or incorrect purchases.
  • TLN aims to fulfill purchases within 1–2 business days.
  • TLN may withhold roles or packages from individuals who are banned, removed, or otherwise restricted.
  • Packages may not be sold or transferred for TLN economy currency or real-world money without authorization.
  • Purchases made through unauthorized payment arrangements may be voided.
  • Purchases are accepted in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are responsible for purchases made through their accounts or payment methods.
  • Terms are subject to change.
  • Payment must be completed before fulfillment.
  • Custom packages require authorization.
  • Customers may contact TLN support to claim applicable purchases.

56. Final Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, requesting a partnership, accepting a promotional service, or otherwise receiving a paid service from The Lounge Network, you acknowledge that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the applicable product or partnership description.

You further acknowledge that:

  • Estimates are not guarantees.
  • Purchase duration and deliverables are determined by the package purchased.
  • Partnership eligibility is subject to TLN policies.
  • TLN may review transactions and partnerships for compliance.
  • Internal administrative information may not be disclosed.
  • Prohibited activity may result in suspension or termination.
  • A purchase does not override a ban, blacklist, or other administrative restriction.
  • Exceptions are discretionary and do not establish precedent.
  • Applicable law and mandatory payment-provider requirements remain controlling where they cannot legally be waived.

The Lounge Network reserves the right to enforce these Terms in a manner reasonably necessary to protect its customers, partners, staff, community, financial systems, reputation, and network.
